1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Shopify app "Exp: Points, Rewards & Loyalty" (the "App") provided by Experanza LLC. ("we") by the merchant using the App ("you").
2. The App
The App helps you run a loyalty points program in your store. You configure earning rates, conditions, and redemption. We do not guarantee any monetary value of points.
3. Fees and billing
Fees for paid plans are charged through Shopify Billing. Plans, prices, and feature scope are as described in the App and on the App Store. Fees may change with prior notice.
4. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or error-free operation. We are not liable for damages arising from outages, changes, or defects of Shopify or other third-party services. Payments are processed by Shopify or other payment providers; we do not store payment information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total App fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App and related software and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them beyond what these terms expressly permit.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the App.
